DAPUSON DPS-IRI-1T is an automatic online infrared inspection machine for aluminum foil seals on food & pharmaceutical containers. Using thermal infrared imaging and image processing, it fully inspects for missing, damaged, curled or overheated foil, and auto-rejects defective goods. It eliminates under-sampling risks of manual inspection, safeguards product quality, generates inspection statistics to monitor sealing machine performance and cut defect rates at source.
