Founded in 2016, Dapuson Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. specializes in image recognition and visual inspection, focusing on R&D and manufacturing of inline inspection equipment for water, beverage, beer, food, plastic, and pharmaceutical industries.  

Our self-developed products—packaging appearance inspection, liquid level inspection, and empty barrel foreign object detection—serve over 30 countries, including India, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Russia, Canada, and the US, with thousands of units sold to global clients like Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Nongfu Spring, and Eastroc Beverage.

Major Breakthrough
We upgraded factory facilities, increasing capacity, and developed agents in Thailand, Indonesia, Germany, expanding global presence. Our equipment was first used in pharma packaging, and we developed a linear preform inspection machine. Annual sales exceeded 80 million RMB.

Moving Forward with Persistence

Recognized as a National High-tech Enterprise, we developed 5-gallon empty bottle inspection equipment. The Alpla project was accepted into production, and other projects including Donggu, Watsons, and Tongchan were delivered.

2021
Becoming the Preferred Supplier in the Niche Visual Sector

We successfully became a core visual supplier for the Kangbai beverage production line of the Ting Hsin Group. All R&D for the blow‑molding and filling management systems was completed and deployed at customer sites.

Full‑Line Product Inspection

Our independently developed signal interface board (a core component) was officially put into use. We completed the R&D and delivery of full‑line inspection products for PET filling lines, achieving a true all‑domestic visual inspection solution in practical applications, fully replacing imported products.

Business Expansion
Building on past growth, we expanded overseas to Hong Kong Watsons, Malaysia F&N, Myanmar Yihai, Indonesia PepsiCo, and domestic clients Zhuhai Zhongfu, Qingyuan Mengniu, COFCO Packaging, Xinsheng Group.

Strategic Cooperation with COFCO Packaging
We strengthened R&D, team, and processes, secured core clients Master Kong, Huajing, Sinopec, PetroChina, and delivered our first plastic empty-bottle inspector to COFCO Packaging, starting a strategic partnership. Annual sales exceeded 10M RMB.

Our products served industry benchmarks including Nongfu Spring, C'estbon, Daheng Image, and exported to Europe, US, Japan, South Korea, and other Asian markets. Annual sales exceeded 60 units.

Founding and Early Growth

The company was established and soon forged a successful partnership with the Tech‑Long Group to expand into the filling equipment market.
